The real estate business, concerning construction of
houses, colonies etc, has to adhere to the rules prescribed by the
Government. A project like this is deemed to be legally, quality wise and
functionally correct. However it has been difficult for the builders in
the state to access accurate information and to remain updated all the
time.
To bridge this barrier, all the Major and Popular Builders and
Developers in Orissa came together for the first time and formed a
registered apex body called REDA, Real Estate Developers Association of
Orissa. |
